Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and is a bit different than most. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Generally, we do not accept returns. However, if you have issues with the products you purchased, send us a request detailing the issues, with a copy of the purchase receipt and photo of the issue to at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help facilitate your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for our listed retail value of your return.
Now, here is how the actual “returns” work:
To return your product, you should donate your product to a shelter or rescue of your choice. Upon doing so, send us a copy of a receipt with the shelter letter head/contact info on it, acknowledging the product you donated. When we receive that (along with the above), we will provide a coupon code for store credit for the amount you paid for the product.
*PLEASE do NOT donate defective, spoiled or otherwise unsafe products. (See return process to exchange those items.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After you pay to return an eligible item for exchange, we will pay the cost to ship the new item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
