So, What Do You Do?
When we last left off I was talking about all the garbage the docs were giving Jamie and that causing him pain and more issues. The post just before that I was getting ready to share what we plan to do once he is home. I’ve neglected updating here because it seems like every day there is something more to deal with. Some new or recurrent issue. Some new or recurrent idiot to deal with. Etc. The short of it is that, no, Jamie did not come home Friday (6/21) as we previously were told. So, what do you do when a hospital full of doctors, nurses, so-called “dietitians”, et al, keep making matters worse? What do you do when, in the very least, they keep the walls up against your actual wishes? Seriously folks. What do you do?
Punt
As I was growing up I’d hear my dad say “punt” when he was deeply thinking on how to solve a problem. I recently come to understand that expression is usually used to advise a risk-taking venture. In other words, he could come up with nothing concrete, so he decided to just take a risk and wing it with whatever made sense within the context of the problem. As much as my dad was largely uninvolved throughout my childhood, he did, indeed, have an impact 😉
In my opinion, the biggest risk one takes with his or her life is to walk into a hospital and ask for help. What has been done to my husband these past many weeks has been far riskier than what just makes sense to do. And I have not shared everything…yet. Thus, the “punt” we are using here is to just start doing what makes sense, in spite of the fact that the hospital refuses to do so. The risk involved here is the plain fact that the vultures keep pushing their poisons and scoff at the natural, wholesome methods of healing the body.
My opinion now? Piss on them. Not literally, of course. Just another expression ingrained in me by my dad.
What on earth are you talking about?
For over two weeks now we have pestered the docs on several things. Those things that just makes sense, considering how we are Designed, etc. Ya know? Not only were we told that they do not do or provide such things, we were cautioned that, for instance, their pharmacist would have to check out our supplements, etc. Seriously? We’ve already waited too long and to wait for a response from their drug pusher is just plain stupid.
What happened to patient’s choice? Oh, crap. That’s right. Big Pharma took control of even most of the good docs. That aside, though, I did more checking. Supplements are legally considered food. Jamie is not on a restricted diet. Thus, his wife will bring him good “food”. And they can stick their poisons where the sun don’t shine.
I do have to say that, although not great and not a large selection, for hospital food what they are giving Jamie is not really that bad. Except for the occasional white, starchy bread (that turns into sugar that cancer loves) and table sugar (which we throw away). He does have options for wheat bread and “whole grain” wraps. Even their grilled veggies are pretty good, not greasy and shriveled. So, in addition to eating better–which he is, now that the pains subsided a bit–I bought a couple good, clean, whole food supplements from the Health Ranger Store (that tests their products before releasing them).
Since Jamie is, for the past couple days, able again to get out of bed, we take brief walks around the floor he is on at Summa/Akron (Ohio). It’s the cardiac unit, so we can almost dance to the beeps of the machines everywhere 😉 This not only helps his joints and overall well-being, it will help his body metabolize what he is taking in better. Not to mention he can get to a window and see the sunshine.
Just today (Sat, June 22) I took in two of the supplement foods for him. Powdered Beet Juice and Moringa Leaf powder. Since his hemoglobin keeps teasing up and down, and his BUN (urea nitrogen) does the same, along with some other key numbers, we’re starting with these two foods.
So, that’s what I am talking about. Foods. Good, clean supplements made only from clean, organic grown, whole foods. The way our Creator designed. Now we just need to keep the poison-pushing vultures away to give this time to get in there and help his body do what it’s designed to do.
Damn near bullet proof
Ever since I can recall I have been a firm believer that our bodies–two and four-leggers–are designed to withstand and rebuild from almost anything that comes our way. That is, if we give it what it needs and keep foreign infiltrators out. (In other words, stop popping pharma poison pills. My opinion, not advice.*) Granted, you may not regrow a fully severed limb and may not survive a bullet through your skull, but let’s stop with the ridiculous banter, shall we?
Our bodies were not designed for synthetic crap. Ever notice that every single “medicine” pushed by “docs” (etc) comes with many warnings, interactions and side-effects? Gee… On top of the facts of the actual poisons used, did it ever dawn on anyone that the body’s own natural defense systems (assuming the person has any intact) could be fighting against the foreign invaders (chemicals, binders, etc)? That could likely be why Jamie reacted so quickly to that awful “Flomax” garbage (for one example) and so many others take it with no known or immediate issues. His body’s defenses, even with cancer and kidney issues, likely reacted to the chemicals in that crap.
Anyway… All that aside for a moment. If you look back in my posts from April of last year (2023) you’ll find the article about my girl, Hanani, titled, “Literally on the Edge of Death.” My intact Dutch Shepherd had pyometra, an often fatal uterine infection. In short, amazingly God healed her completely using the herbs and other foods He provides. Please take a moment and at least look at the before and after photos on that page. I’ll wait….
A ninety pound pup lost about 2/3 of her weight, but was delivered from the infection and rebuilt by God’s design. She got back to normal weight and has been back to being the most adorable pain in my rear ever since. And, throughout her cycles since then she has been less prone to a recurrence. All with some turmeric and honey mixed in goat milk and coconut oil suppositories. (I know, that’s gross but bear with me. It worked.)
Since we are created in God’s image, don’t you think the “fruits of the trees and herbs of the fields” would work just as good, if not better, than what these did for my dog?
Exactly.
All but forgotten
We as a nation, a people, have all seem to have forgotten the clear, logical facts of life. We need to regain such wisdom. Preserve it. Persevere with it. Pass it along. You will find how less complicated everything in your life becomes as you being to get out the gunk of all of man devised schemes–especially when it comes to health and healing. God’s design just makes sense.
Please
Please, please, folks. Please leave a comment below to encourage Jamie. Seventeen days in a hospital, on bed rest, fighting off vultures with poisons can make even a faithful soul weary. God willing, if they stop screwing things up, he should be home in a day or two. In the meantime we’ll keep you updated.
God bless oxoxo
